AFTER [施工後] 内装を一新し、クリナップのシステムキッチン「ラクエラ」に取り替えました。

AFTER [施工後]

BEFORE [施工前] リフォーム前のタイル仕上げの浴室です。 狭く、浴槽で足を伸ばすことはできませんでした。

AFTER [施工後] 間取り変更により浴室スペースを拡げ、 LIXILのシステムバス「アライズ」１６１６サイズを取り付けました。 足を伸ばしてゆっくりできる広いお風呂です。

AFTER [施工後] 階段の架け替えに伴い、もともと押入れだったスペースにトイレを移設。 LIXILのトイレ「アメージュZ」を取り付けました。   入り口には省スペースな折り戸を取り付けました。 万が一トイレの中で人が倒れたときも、外から開けやすいので安心です。

BEFORE [施工前] リフォーム前の洋室です。

AFTER [施工後] クローゼットを新設しました。 こちらは主寝室として使われる予定で、１階だけで寝食が可能になります。

BEFORE [施工前] リフォーム前の玄関と、洋室の入り口です。 廊下や玄関ホールはなく、 玄関を入って引き戸を開けるとすぐ洋室という間取りでした。

AFTER [施工後] 廊下を新しく作り、来客時もプライバシーを確保できるようになりました。   玄関ホールには全身鏡付きのシューズクローゼットを設置しました。

AFTER [施工後] 傾斜が急だった階段を解体し、緩やかな階段に作り直しました。

BEFORE [施工前] リフォーム前の２階の和室です。

AFTER [施工後] 押入れを解体し、大きなクローゼットを作りました。 天井・壁をクロス仕上げ、床をフローリング仕上げにして洋室に変えました。
